The staff was pleasant and accommodating, offered good services. This hotel was located in a very central area really close to the museum, the parliament and waterfront right downtown and bars and shops. Furthermore it was just walking distance from Royal bc Museum.

Fairly clean, great value hotel, the location was ideal near to the parliament, all major attractions and the city centre. Excellent service from the superfriendly, gentle staff members. My warm room was cosy and beds were lovely.

Everything was simply good. Liked my stay, it was comfortable, the service was friendly. The hotel's location was very central, right in the city centre. Plus, Thunderbird Park was located in the immediate surroundings.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming, so I loved my being there. Continental breakfast with jam and a juice box, as for instance was above average. Fab location, within easy walking distance of the table. Exceptional experience there.

i had incredible days staying at this charming boutique hotel. staff and location were outstanding. outstanding view, a spacious balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. the pool was good and the garden - nice.

I enjoyed the incredibly kind staff and the splendid food. The rooms were modern looking and the beds were large. Everything was nice and within 10 minutes' drive of victoria inner harbour airport. The service here was courteous too.
